***Dark Interracial Erotic Romance

“Sometimes it’s okay to kill,” Dad said.“If you’re saving someone else in the process, Rainbow.”

Dad wiped my tears from my face with bloody hands. “Go ahead, sweetheart. Do it for Daddy. Pull the trigger.”

And I did.

This isn’t your mother’s romance.

It’s a deranged adventure through twisted addictions that arouse the body and mind. . .

Swim at your own risk.

Rain: artist, mentally stable
Jude: future rock star, sober

Our bodies formed into one entwined link,

one grinding sensual movement of skin upon skin.

Laboring breath skimmed across shivering flesh. Sculpted muscle molded against stiff nipples. The area between my thighs knew no pleasure till that moment.

We collided, and all I could do was hold on.

Jude dominated me, and he did it in the most delicate movements–tortuously slow.

He took his time.

The piano played,

the notes mingling with the sweat of our sex,

the crashing of the waves, and the sound of my cries.

Dear God, he took his time, until flickers of an orgasm turned into a bomb of passion that detonated inside and exploded through me.

Book Review: ART & FEAR

“To make art is to sing with the human voice.”

“To do this you must first learn that

the only voice you need

is the voice you already have.”

“Art work is ordinary work,

but it takes courage to embrace that work,

and wisdom to mediate the interplay of art and fear.”

I have thirty published novels

and am a full-time writer

that STILL deals with Fear as an artist.

I was happy to read that this is a normal part of making art.

“fear arise when you look back,

and they arise when you look ahead.”

This book helped me get over my fear.

This is a must have for ALL ARTISTS!

Dirty Confessions Release & Giveaway

  Title: Dirty Confessions
By: Jasmine Red
Publication Date: March 29, 2017
Genre: Erotic Romance
#dirtyconfessions

Beware.
This is not a love story.
This is about a man and his obsession with a woman who’d he’d hurt long ago.
This is about his journey.
The sexual adventures he embarked on that led him away, and then back to her.
This is romance,
if it was lathered in lust and warm moans and whispered under silk sheets in a candle lit room.
This is not an orgasm.
It is multiple orgasms. The senses breaking free. The erotic flicker of a wet tongue against a stiff nipple. Fingers toying with clits. Moans riding cries of pleasures. Hard lengths sliding in lush treasures between hungry thighs.
This is not a romance.
It is a romance of lust.

Jasmine Red serves as a Secret Alter Ego for an author who wants to be nasty as hell.

Book Review: A Lot Like Love Series (YA Sexy Contemp)

I don’t read much YA and NA, so when I do. . .

it should be Sexy and Smart as hell.

The A Lot Like Love series really

grabbed me and kept my attention!

(Without giving away mega spoilers)

In Book One a new love begins between an alpha football player

who has really really really had a rough childhood.

This cutey meets an unlikely (yet quirky) girl that knocks him off of his feet.

Now here’s where things get different from the usual romantic plotline—->

you have all of these friends that cause or stop trouble between them.

And you have TWO MAJOR EVENTS that rock everyone’s world (including mine).

Book One was an emotional roller coaster ride.

You’ll need to light some candles for this book and maybe have a bottle of wine resting next to you.

Book 2 in the A Lot Like Love series picks up in college. There are a lot of new things going on. We have our hero who is struggling with a new level of football and a secret that goes viral. I would say this book had me shaking my head a lot at the hero.

I mean. . .

Luke??

Brother??

For real?

Then we had an unexpected triangle that I enjoyed, but made me tense as hell. I mean I loved the other love interest, but. . .I opened the book for My Couple.

therefore, I pretty much stressed the last half of the book and went back and forth on what I wanted.

Needless to say there is a happy ending and the book is full of hot, angsty romance that deals with real issues for college freshmen. I definitely see a book 3 on the way due to a certain person not winning the love triangle.

Book Review: He Will Be My Ruin by K.A. Tucker

Sadly, this wasn’t

my favorite from K.A. Tucker.

3 stars. 🙁

It could be because I bought the novel from

the romance section in the bookstore, but

this is not a romance.

Had I known this was more of a

sensual cozy mystery,

I probably would’ve enjoyed it much more.

The whole time I kept waiting to fall in love

with a dark alpha and found myself singing,

“Where’s the love?”

It also took a hundred pages to

get me to care about the mystery.

Super slow beginning.

Some sex, but not really descriptive.

That being said, I fuck with Tucker’s books all day.

I’ll be checking out some of her other works soon.

Poetry Review: BROKEN FLOWERS by R.M. Drake

4 Stars

(Not his best, but definitely awesome)

“I Used to Love You” by R.M. Drake

And I loved you

for the way you wrote music on my skin.

And you loved me

for the way I played the strings on your hair,

and together we made love in such a way

that artists do

when they create their works of art.

But in the end, none of that mattered,

for you were just another music lover,

and I

was just another one of your songs.

Release Updates: Santeria Habitat & Theirs to Crave

I’ve been so quiet on social media because for once I’m freaking focused
and therefore scared to be online too long.

That being said,
I’m writing and writing and writing and writing.

****************TWO UPDATES**********************

#1
A beta reader said that Theirs to Crave had a small cliffhanger
so I put together a novella to end the series for good

on a sexy and positive note. Both manuscripts are with the editor.

#2
Vee and Graham shoved their crazy behinds into a novella

that takes place between Wildfire Gospel and Flaming Tongues.

Therefore this will be

Burnt Offerings (Book 3.5 of Santeria Habitat Series).

Burnt Offerings (Book 3.5 of Santeria Habitat Series)

will be released AT THE SAME TIME

as Flaming Tongues (Book 4) release

which is set for end of APRIL or early MAY 2017.

I’M BACK TO WRITING! HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
